Park Project Updates Jan 20

Old Castle has been secured as the concrete block vendor. Concrete block has been delivered, and walls are going up!
Site Contractor doing water/sewer work: material has been ordered. They should begin work end of next week or around January 23.
Duke Energy: has trenched from new power pole down to the blue electrical building.
Electrical Panel – after being on back order for a few months, panels are on the way and should arrive next week.
Decorative Lighting: Staff working with Duke Energy/Pike Electrical on installation of lights. Contract has been issued.
New Connecting Sidewalks around the Park will be installed after the water/sewer projects have been completed.
