Beginning June 15, Oberhaus Street, Waldeck Court, and Erbach Lane will be resurfaced. Work will involve milling and repair in specified areas, total resurfacing of each street, and backfill and seeding upon paving completion. Please make sure that all vehicles are parked off the street while work is taking place. Work was scheduled to be completed at the end of June.
Update as of 6-25-2026: Paving on Oberhaus Street and Waldeck Court are complete. Due to extensive base repair needed on Erbach Lane, the project will take longer than anticipated. The contractor will return the week of July 6 to complete resurfacing and backfill on Erbach Lane. Marksburg Court will likely also be paved due to available funds and mobilization, since it is the only road in Oldenburg to not have previously been resurfaced.
