Utility contractors are working to complete side street tie-ins to the new waterline on W. Franklin Street. Water service interruptions of approximately 3-5 hours are expected for each tie-in. - Monday, February 9: S. Halifax Street
- Tuesday, February 10: Eagle Street & Page Street
- Wednesday, February 11: Abbott Street & S. Skyland Drive (affects Abbott Street, Eagle Street, Pinecrest Drive, S. Skyland Drive, and Allman Rd. Extension)
- Thursday, February 12: N. Skyland Drive
