On Wednesday, December 10, the Town held its monthly project meeting with Elite Infrastructure to receive updates on the Lower Adams Creek Sewer Outfall project.
Here is a summary of the work that has been completed since last month and work that is currently underway. The Town has been providing the information it has been given by contractors and engineers working on the project:
- Subcontractor Young has completed the bore under Adams Creek.
- Final sections of line are being installed where the bore was completed between manholes 26 and 29
- All other line testing has been completed and passed
- Preparations are being made to complete tie ins at the Summer Street and Pasture Pump Station sites to retire the stations. This will be completed in January.
- Disturbed area will be seeded and gates will be placed on the easement at road crossings for access control.
The progress map below remains unchanged since October, as the bore was just completed. Once the line is installed in the pink shaded area, line installation will substantially complete by the end of the year.
